ColorMyPic (“we,” “our,” or “the App”) provides AI-powered tools that allows to generate personalized coloring pages from user-submitted images. The App is intended for use by adults (such as parents or guardians). It is not directed to children and is designed to be used by adults, including when creating content for children.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we handle it.

By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are using the App under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and you agree to this Privacy Policy.

• Email address (used for passwordless authentication via one-time password)

When you use the App:

• Generated images are delivered to your device

We do not keep images longer than needed to complete processing and delivery to your device.

2.3 Usage Data

We collect limited technical and usage-related information, including:

• Request identifiers
• Timestamps
• Generation parameters (e.g., selected options)

This data does not include image content.

2.4 Subscription and Purchase Information

Subscriptions and in-app purchases are managed through third-party providers, including Adapty and Google Play.

We store:

• Subscription status
• Usage credits associated with your account

We do not collect or store payment card details.

2.5 Technical Data

We may collect limited technical data such as:

• Device type
• App version
• Crash logs

This data is used only to maintain and improve the App.

We use collected information to:

• Provide and operate the App
• Authenticate users
• Process user-submitted images
• Manage subscriptions and credits
• Improve performance and reliability

We process your data based on the following legal grounds under applicable data protection laws:

• Images are stored only temporarily for processing and are deleted shortly thereafter
• Account information is retained while your account is active
• Usage data is retained only as long as necessary for operational, debugging, and analytical purposes

We use third-party services to operate the App, including:

• Supabase for authentication and data storage
• OpenAI for image processing
• Adapty and Google Play for payments

These services may process data on our behalf and may operate in jurisdictions outside your country of residence. Where such transfers occur, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent legal mechanisms.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children and is intended to be used by adults (such as parents or guardians). Children may only use the App under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a child without appropriate parental consent, we will take steps to delete such information.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including secure access controls and backend protections. However, no system can be completely secure.
